Your prices are in AUD, can I pay in my own currency?
Absolutely! Paypal does the conversion for you, whether you pay with credit card or directly from your Paypal account, you simply pay in your own currency. For current exchange rates please check sites such as www.xe.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Credit Card payment or regular account payments all through PayPal. Alternatively, if you do not wish to use Paypal and have an Australian bank account, you can also pay by Direct Deposit. To do this, you will need to contact us via email before ordering.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can simply use Paypal as a guest or contact us for other payment options.
How secure is this store?
Long answer -This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Feel free to have a martini if you didn't understand a word of that.

We send all parcels within Australia via Express Post (which can be tracked). For each parcel valued over $100, insurance is also paid for, to protect you from loss or damage whilst in the hands of AusPost.
Postage costs will depend on the weight and size of the package. It depends on what size Express Post bag we are able to fit the items in.
Do you ship wordwide?
Yes we do! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing your purchase to confirm a shipping amount as well as insurance options.
Postage to NZ is send via Standard Shipping (which can be tracked). If you require insurance there will be an extra expense.
Pricing is as follow:-
GARMENTS- Postage and Handling for one garment is AU$18-$31 (depending on weight). For each additional garment it is up to $13. Any excess postage paid will be refunded via paypal.
What about import taxes/duty?
Sprinkle Emporium cannot anticipate and will not be responsible for taxes applied by overseas customs houses. All taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
When will you send my order?
Once payment has cleared, your order will be sent within Australia via Express Post on our next shipping day. We dispatch orders Tuesday, and Thursday (occasionally Friday, but we can't quarantee overnight delivery if sent on a Friday).
If for any reason there is a delay we will communicate this to you via email. If you require your purchase by a specific date please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your request.
If you require your garments urgently it is suggested that you email or call to confirm that your items are ready to ship!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Sprinkle sends all parcels within Australia via Express Post. Where possible we try and send the garments the next business day, unless the item is located off sight, in which case please allow a day or two extra).
International customers please contact us to discuss shipping options and time frames.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online, so if you feel the item ordered is not right for you our returns policy is as follows...
• WE OFFER A GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY ON FULL PRICED GARMENTS ONLY (for an exchange or credit note) within 7 days.
If you are returning items please contact us ASAP and return the item within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will not accept any goods sent back after that period.
Please print out your web purchase receipt and send back with the goods. Please include all your contact details.

• RETURNS: Any returned item must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still on. In other words as your received it.
• We recommend you use Express Post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
• Original shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
• When exchanging for an alternative item/s, new shipping charges will apply.
• CREDIT NOTES: A credit note will be valid for 3 months from date of original purchase.
• Please note any credit amount given will be less the shipping charge.
• Credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
• Please note once the credit note has been used, there are no returns given.

We take great care to quality check all goods before they leave Sprinkle Emporium. Upon arrive, please inspect you items received.
However if you do receive a faulty product, please contact Sprinkle Emporium immediately and we will exchange the product for you.
If there is no stock, you will receive an online credit note or refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 7 days.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We endeavor to make sure all products shown on our site are in stock, and that pricing is true and correct. However due to our garments being produced in limited numbers, we may occasionally sell out of the item before the online store is updated.
If an item(s) is out of stock at the time of your order we will contact you to arrange an alternative. If this does not suit you, a full refund will be offered.
