Your prices are in AUD, can I pay in my own currency?
Absolutely! Paypal does the conversion for you, whether you pay with credit card or directly from your Paypal account, you simply pay in your own currency. For current exchange rates please check sites such as www.xe.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Credit Card payment or regular account payments all through PayPal. Alternatively, if you do not wish to use Paypal and have an Australian bank account, you can also pay by Direct Deposit. To do this, you will need to contact us via email before ordering.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can simply use Paypal as a guest or contact us for other payment options.
What about import taxes/duty?
None of my customers have ever incurred customs charges but that is not to say that it can't happen on larger orders. As with any other business, these charges are the responsibility of the BUYER.
How secure is this store?
Long answer -This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Feel free to have a martini if you didn't understand a word of that.

We send all parcels within Australia via Post Parcel Plus (which can be tracked). Pricing is as follows:-
GARMENTS- Postage for one garment is either $9 or $13 (depending on weight). For each additional garment it is $4
ACCESSORIES- Postage for one piece is $9 for each additional piece or if purchased with a garment $3
SMALL ACCESSORIES- are sent via normal post. For Post Parcel Plus, please email prior to completing your order. First item costs $2, which each additional or when purchased with another item $1
Do you ship wordwide?
Yes we do! Please email email@example.com prior to completing your purchase to confirm a shipping amount as well as insurance options.
When will you send my order?
Once payment has cleared, your order will be sent within Australia via Post Parcel Plus on our next shipping day. We dispatch orders Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If for any reason there is a delay we will communicate this to you via email. If you require your purchase by a specific date please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your request. Orders received before 2pm on a shipping day will be dispatched that day where possible.
If you require your garments urgently it is suggested that you email or call to confirm that your items are ready to ship!
Also please contact us prior to finalizing your order if you wish to order large quantities.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Sprinkle sends all parcels within Australia via Post Parcel Plus. This means where possible you will receive your package 2-3 days after the next shipping day. For example if you place an order Monday (after 2pm), we ship on Tuesday...you will receive you package on Thursday or Friday.
International customers please contact us to discuss shipping options and timeframes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online, so if you feel the item ordered is not right for you our returns policy is as follows...
• WE OFFER A GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY ON FULL PRICED GARMENTS (for an exchange or credit note) within 7 days
If you are returning items please contact us ASAP and return the item within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will not accept any goods sent back after that period.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON EARRINGS FOR HYGENE PURPOSES.

• RETURNS: Any returned item must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still on. In other words as your received it.
• We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
• Original shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
• When exchanging for an alternative item/s, new shipping charges will apply.
• CREDIT NOTES: A credit note will be valid for 3 months from date of original purchase.

• Credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.

We take great care to quality check all goods before they leave Sprinkle Emporium. Upon arrive, please inspect you items received.
However if you do receive a faulty product, please contact Sprinkle Emporium immediately and we will exchange the product for you.
If there is no stock, you will receive an online credit note or refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 7 days.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We endeavor to make sure all products shown on our site are in stock, and that pricing is true and correct. However due to our garments being produced in limited numbers, we may occasionally sell out of the item before the online store is updated.
If an item(s) is out of stock at the time of your order we will contact you to arrange an alternative. If this does not suit you, a full refund will be offered.
